Application Procedure
Candidates must complete the official online application form. Upon successful administrative review, qualified applicants will be invited for a rigorous selection process, which includes a computer-based English Proficiency Test and an Academic Potential Test (TPA).
* Testing Schedule: Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 11:00 WIB.
* Note: Candidates must arrive before 11:00 WIB. Late arrivals or those appearing outside the designated days will not be processed.
* Exemptions: Applicants holding valid and recognized certification for TKBI/TKDA may be exempt from these specific tests.
## General Qualification Requirements
To be considered for a faculty position at UMS, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
* Nationality & Faith: Must be an Indonesian citizen of the Islamic faith.
* Age Limits: Maximum 30 years for Master’s (S2) degree holders; maximum 40 years for Doctoral (S3) degree holders or Specialists.
* Integrity: Must possess a clean criminal record, verified by a Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
* Academic Excellence:
* Master’s Degree: Minimum GPA of 3.50 (scale of 4.00) in a 3-year study period; undergraduate GPA must be at least 3.25.
* Doctoral Degree: Minimum GPA of 3.50 for Master’s and 3.25 for undergraduate; must have publications in reputable international journals.
* Language Proficiency: Minimum TOEFL ITP 525, IELTS 5.5, or equivalent.
* Health: Must be physically and mentally fit and drug-free, verified by government hospital certification upon acceptance.
* Employment Status: Must not be currently bound by employment contracts or serve as a permanent staff member at another institution.
