1. Telecommunications Technician
* Education: D.IV or D.III in Air Traffic Telecommunications and Navigation (TNU).
* Requirements: Must hold valid relevant licenses and ratings, along with a TOEIC score of at least 405.
2. Administrative Staff: Software & Network Engineering
* Education: S.1, D.IV, or D.III in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications/Network concentration).
* Requirements: TOEFL ITP certificate with a minimum score of 500 (issued in 2026).
3. Administrative Staff: Creative Design & Digital Products
* Education: S.1 or D.III in Visual Communication Design (DKV) or Digital Product Design.
* Requirements: TOEFL ITP certificate with a minimum score of 500 (issued in 2026).

## General Eligibility Requirements

* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Physical Health: Physically and mentally fit; minimum height of 160 cm for men and 155 cm for women with ideal body weight.
* Appearance: No tattoos, and no piercings for men.
* Commitment: Willing to be assigned to any AirNav Indonesia operational location, specifically within 3T regions (Frontier, Outermost, and Underdeveloped areas).
* Employment Status: Must be free of any existing employment bonds or be willing to resign from current positions.
