## General Requirements and Qualifications
To maintain our operational excellence, candidates are expected to meet specific criteria tailored to each role:
* Gender: Open to men (all positions) and women (Position 2).
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree.
* Mechanical Engineering: Positions 1, 3, 5, and 8.
* Industrial Engineering: Position 6.
* Marine Engineering: Positions 4, 7, and 9.
* Engineering (General): Position 10.
* Computer Science: Position 11.
* Any Major: Position 2 (Diploma/Bachelor).
* Experience:
* 1–2 years for positions 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11.
* 3–4 years for positions 2, 3, and 4.
* 5–7 years for position 1.

* Technical Proficiency:
* Competency in Microsoft Office is essential.
* English proficiency: Minimum Intermediate to Upper Intermediate level.
* Specific technical skills such as welding, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, pump alignment, fan balancing, and belt conveyor connection are required for relevant technical roles.
* IT staff must be proficient in IOS installation, networking, hardware troubleshooting, CCTV installation, and user support.
