Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this career-advancing program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
* Field Readiness: Must be willing to engage in mobile fieldwork, which includes regular visits to rubber farming communities.
* Professional Traits: Demonstrate high levels of discipline, a proactive work ethic, and a passion for professional growth.
* Soft Skills: Possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities to effectively engage with stakeholders.
* Technical Proficiency: Must be adept at utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Commitment: Willingness to undergo a structured 6-month on-the-job training program and adhere to a 2-year service bond.
* Geographical Flexibility: Must be prepared to be stationed at any of our PT Kirana Megatara Tbk factory locations across Sumatra and Kalimantan.
