Job Description & Core Responsibilities
The Process Engineering Jr. Engineer will play a vital role in driving operational efficiency and supporting technical projects across the manufacturing floor. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing comprehensive support for engineering projects, encompassing strategic planning, flawless execution, active monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
* Gathering and evaluating Performance Test data to accurately measure and enhance project outcomes.
* Overseeing tooling requirements, spanning from initial development phases to final implementation on the production line.
* Assisting in alternative material analysis, product design, continuous product development, trial runs, line balancing, and rigorous process validation.
* Drafting detailed analytical reports for process improvements while actively championing Kaizen methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
